It just doesn't get any cozier than a bear in the tent, does it?
If you love camping, or if you want to vicariously experience the Great Outdoors, we invite you into our neck of the woods where outdoor adventure is always fun, exciting and of course, unpredictable at best.
Our woods is stocked with camping stories, outdoor tales, camping recipes for the smoking old campfire, wildlife facts, first aid information, USA state park and recreational information, hiking tips, wildlife and nature stories, and of course, the most complex animal on the planet - mankind.... 
Into the Woods also has information that will help keep you safe while on your outdoor adventure, such as facts on West Nile Virus, Lyme Disease, spider bites, snake bite first aid and that dreaded case of the itch - Ms. Poison Ivy herself.

Hiking Tip: When bugs are an issue, rather than spraying repellent on your skin, instead try spraying a small cloth and attaching it to your hiking pole. Keep in mind that the skin is the largest organ of the body and readily absorbs.
