This is a very easy experiment that will teach your child
how to grow sprouts. Simply take a few beans and place them inside a small
container filled with potting soil. Watch the beans almost magically sprout
over the next few days.
Another method is to roll the seeds inside
a moistened paper towel. This method will germinate the seeds at a much
swifter rate than the soil.
