Sheep Dip
Looking for a perfect, luscious glaze to dip your lamb into? Look no further!

Red Plum Sauce
The great thing about this wonderful sauce is that it can be adjusted to suit your personal taste buds. This sauce may be used as a glaze, or as a dip, for cooked lamb.
Mix the following ingredients and heat via the microwave or stove until hot and bubbly. Serve warm.
If you use the sauce as a glaze, baste the meat about fifteen minutes before it is done. The meat will take on a beautiful reddish coloring from the glaze.
½ cup (or more) of plum jam or jelly
1 teaspoon of thinly sliced green onion
1 tablespoon of soy sauce (or use more/less according to personal preference)
½ teaspoon of vinegar (or use more/less according to personal preference)
a couple of squeezes of fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon of cornstarch (add a bit more for a thicker sauce or a bit less for a thinner sauce)
Sherry (totally optional)
Mint also makes an excellent compliment to lamb, serving to add an eye-catching decorative touch to your dish. Lay a sprig or two on top of your completed masterpiece and go from plain to fancy in seconds!
