Cheesepie, Oh My!

1 graham cracker 'vanilla' crust (again, Keebler's is fantastic, and you can use any flavor of crust you prefer)

1 block of cream cheese

1 container of whipped topping

1 lemon

sugar packs or Equal (amount depends on your preferred sweetness)

Set the cream cheese out for about ½ an hour so it will soften. Next, take the juice of one lemon, the sugar and the softened cheese and whip it with a large spoon. Fold in one container of whipped topping. Pour into your crust and top with additional topping if desired. Enjoy immediately unless you have a portable fridge.
