Grasshopper Pie - A Recipe for the Campgrounds

1 graham cracker 'vanilla' crust (Keebler's is fantastic, and you can use any flavor of crust you prefer)
box of instant pasticcio pudding
milk (tip – if you freeze your milk before your trip this perishable item will remain fresh longer in your ice chest)
1 can of drained crushed or tidbit pineapples (optional)
whole pecans (optional)
2 containers of whipped topping

Whip up filling, then gently fold in 1 container of the whipped topping. Next, fold in the pineapple and pecans. Pour in ready-made crust and top with the remaining carton of whipped topping. If kids are a part of your campsite, add 'washed' plastic grasshoppers to the top of the pie as decorations. Enjoy immediately unless you have a portable fridge.
